READY TO CONTRACT!!
Hey!
My name is Danielle White, and I’m the Onboarding Coordinator that will be helping you get through the hiring process with TLG. Welcome to THE LEAZER GROUP! You expressed interest in CONTRACTING with the Premier IMO TLG!! As discussed we will be bringing you on at your earned contract level between 75% for 30 ( pick your level ) -90% depending on what you earn your first 30 days up to 90%. From there following our compensation schedule You will have the opportunity earn up to 140%.
Your first step is to get through CONTRACTING. This should only take 1 hour and we expect it to be knocked out within the first 24 hours of our offer.
Contracting Step by Step:

1 - CLICK HERE to go to TLG’s Surlec homepage.
2 - Your first step in Surelc will be to create a profile. (Select “REGISTER NEW ACCOUNT” on the homepage to do so.)
3 - Once you’ve created a profile, you’ll work through the tabs on the left hand side. The goal is to eliminate all red dots.
*NOTE: you will be prompted to purchase E&O insurance we use a group policy with calsurance. You will need this for contracting with americo at top contract level
4 - As part of this process, you will need to upload a voided check. If you do not have a voided check you can use a direct deposit slip.
5 - Your last step will be to request appointments. This can be found at the bottom of the left hand side bar. If you are not seeing it, you need to scroll down on the menu bar.
You must fill out the info for each carrier individually, but make sure that you request ALL carriers. The carriers are:
*American Equity, Americo, CFG, Fidelity and Guaranty, Foresters, Gerber Life, Great Western, Mutual of Omaha, Nassau Re, TLG CVS/ AETNA, and TransAmerica.
NOTE: You will be asked about AML training when filling out contracts. If you have not completed AML training, you can just say no and move forward.
6 - You’re done! If you haven’t already, reach out to me and let me know you’ve finished contracting. I’ll make sure all the i’s are dotted and give you your next steps!
